新潟の妻有ビールさんとのコラボレーション。妻有ビールさんが得意とするオレンジピールを使ったビールを、BBB で一緒に仕込みました。ほんのりと香るオレンジピールに、カカオを思わせるやさしい甘み。ローストは控えめで、黒ビールが苦手な方でも楽しめる一杯です。
A collaboration with Tsumari Beer from Niigata. We brewed this together at BBB, using the orange peel they are known for working with. A gentle orange peel aroma runs through a soft, cocoa-like sweetness. Light on the roast, and an easy way into dark beer.
