Chiastolite

古いスタイルをきちんとつくってみたくて醸造したブラウン系ビールDark Mild の Chiastolite。カスクで提供されることも多い、微炭酸でアルコールも抑えめのイギリスの古いスタイルです。モルティでロースト感があって、ほのかにカカオの香りがバランスよしです。Bighand Bros. のポーター Black Jade よりほのかに甘く、度数も低いのでスッキリとした味わい。イギリスのパブでだらだらと飲まれることが多いこのダークマイルド。ぜひパイントでガブガブ飲んでほしいです。

Brewed out of a desire to properly recreate a classic old style, Chiastolite is our take on a traditional English Dark Mild, a brown ale often served from cask, lightly carbonated, and low in alcohol. It’s malty with a gentle roast character and a hint of cacao, all in good balance. Compared to Bighand Bros.’ porter Black Jade, this one is a touch sweeter and lighter, making it an easy, refreshing pint. A true pub beer, the kind you can happily sip by the pint, just like they do in England.
