グラスからはフレッシュなライムの爽やかな香り。口に含むと、やわらかな酸味に加えて、Lime Curd を思わせるやさしい甘みととろみのある質感が広がります。
酸っぱすぎず、まろやかでデザートのような飲み心地。爽やかさとコクが同居した、ちょっと特別な一杯です。

A sour ale brewed with lime juice from Kagawa. Bright, fresh lime aromas lift from the glass. On the palate, gentle acidity is layered with a soft sweetness and a smooth, rounded texture, reminiscent of lime curd. Never overly sharp, it drinks mellow and almost dessert-like—where freshness meets a subtle richness in a quietly distinctive glass.
