Morganite

Dolcita をシングルホップで使用した West Coast Pilsner。ピーチグミやマスカットを思わせる甘やかな果実の香りがふわりと立ちのぼります。口当たりはドライで軽快、後味にはセージのようなハーブ感とほのかなウッディさがすっと残る、香り華やかでキレのある一杯。

A pale golden pilsner brewed with Dolcita as the sole hop. Sweet peach gums and muscat grape dominate the aroma, over a dry, crisp malt base. Herbal sage and a light woodiness develop on the palate, leading to a clean, lingering bitter finish.
