元々ビタリングホップとして使われていたホップ Marynka をドライホップすることで、マンダリンオレンジの香りが爆発。ニューウェーブホップ Książęcy 由来のココナッツの香りとケルシュイースト由来のジューシーさが後味を引き締めます。ポーランド産ホップの可能性を感じる一杯です。
Smashing the heads of Bighand Bros and Hino together has produced a volcanic new gem, Vesuvianite. With Hazy on the agenda, we delved into Hino’s Polish roots and selected from a vast array of specially imported Polish hops. Marynka stood out, a stalwart of the hop world originally for its clean, bittering profile, it also offers a fascinating dry hop addition to a hazy. Bursting with tangerine citrus and laced with liquorice and fennel undertones, this will challenge your perception of what a Hazy IPA can deliver. A carefully selected malt profile to provide a light and drinkable base, and Kolsch yeast used to accentuate the hop characteristics and provide for a fruity, succulent finish.
